Nova Post's First Barrier-Free Marathon

Running accessible to everyone. A dream come true.

About the project

Nova Post has been organizing marathons for over 9 years. Every season we meet thousands of people for whom there are no limits. Thousands of people who challenge themselves, set a goal and head to the starting line.

We want everyone who wants to run the course to have the opportunity to do so.

On September 22, we will hold Nova Post's First Barrier-Free Marathon.

Those who run marathons all the time, beginners, people with disabilities, runners with strollers and pets, elderly runners and other representatives of low-mobility groups can all join in.

The dream of running should have no barriers.

Special 'Race for Two' course

Just over the two years of full-scale war, 300,000 Ukrainians have been recognized as people with disabilities. Among them are thousands of military personnel who have been injured in the war.

These are the heroes and heroines to whom we owe our lives. Today, they are undergoing treatment and rehabilitation and we are eager to support them on this path.

Join the race

While our defenders are fighting for their health and are unable to cover courses, you have the opportunity to run for them. Get a race bib number, write the name of a serviceman or servicewoman on it, and dedicate your race to them on September 22.

If you are a defender that is recovering after being injured in action

We invite you to register for the marathon as well. For a marathon in the future. After registration, you will also receive a race bib number, but without a date. With this number, you will be able to run a future Nova Post marathon whenever you feel ready.

100% of the registration fee for the special 'Race for Two' course will be directed to the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center.

The center provides treatment, prosthetics, physical and psychological rehabilitation, housing, and reintegration for soldiers and civilians, both adults and children. By joining the race, you are helping people for whom barrier-free spaces are a necessity.

*Contribution is made during registration for the race. The minimum contribution is UAH 300 (for the race in Kyiv) and UAH 100 (for remote participation), which will be transferred in full to the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center.

Runners cover the distance of the Nova Post half marathon in Lviv.
